The hotel had very pleasant staff with a friendly and efficient receptionist. the location was great, adjacent to the cathedral and the sanctuary of Saint Bernadette. It was easy to reach McDonald's, located around a 10-15 minutes walk from the property.

The room was comfy and immaculate with central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing desk, nice views. Location: the hotel was close enough to town centre of Nevers, local restaurants, and a beautiful cathedral.

Great location! It's super close to the park, old town, and local restaurants. Plus, only a 5-minute walk from the train station 🚶.

The silent and spacious double room at the garret against a small garden was good.
American Express card not accepted and Visa card did not work for payment of the bill, so the payment had to be done in cash.

Its old-fashioned charm.
Patron not aware of my booking upon arrival. Lack of a lift to the third floor via steep winding stairs.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the park and the cathedral. The rooms were clean and had cool digital programming for entertainment. It was so much fun exploring Nevers with my friends and coming back to a comfy room!
The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout area or a rooftop terrace where we could chill with our friends and have a party. It would have been amazing to have a dedicated space for young people to socialize and have fun.

It was close to St Bernadettes convent. Thats it really tired facilities that need upgrading. Staff were friendly.
Facilities in the apartment was one ring cooker on top of a filing cabinet. No hot water very basic with dangerous stairs to the two rooms outside . No wifi in the bedroom only in the main reception.

The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and parking. The comfortable beds and good double glazing ensured a peaceful and restful stay. The hotel's decoration was simply charming, with beautiful antique furniture and cozy sitting areas. It made me feel like I was staying in a home rather than a hotel. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, and it was easy for me to navigate around the hotel as a senior woman.
It would have been even better if there was a senior-friendly exercise or wellness program available during my stay. The children working there were polite, but having activities specifically tailored for seniors would have enhanced my vacation experience.
